The Better Business Bureau Is Going Toe To Toe With Buc-ee’s

Some Buc-ee’s Locations Get An F From The BBB: The Better Business Bureau doesn’t play when it comes to protecting consumers and taking companies to task. That’s why 33 Buc-ee’s locations have gotten an F rating. The grades are based on several factors. In one case, the low scores were based on customers having difficulty contacting the company. There are no phone numbers listed on the company's website. Also the BBB notes that the company has failed to respond to 88 customer complaints dating back three years. One customer said they were charged $82.69 for $17 worth of items, and another person claimed they were charged for gas at a pump where no fuel was dispensed. The most common complaints include notes that employees at the stores are rude. BBB also alleged that Buc-ee's has said it would not answer complaints forwarded to the store by the consumer nonprofit.
