Here's What Was On The Menu At Levi’s Stadium For The Super Bowl

The action may have been on the field during the Big Game yesterday, but those attending Super Bowl 60 in person had access to a menu that was just as impressive. The offerings at Levi’s Stadium went far beyond your typical stadium fare, with Bay Area-inspired dishes and gourmet upgrades to comfort food and over-the-top creations.

Here’s a taste of what football fans could feast on at Levi’s Stadium this Super Bowl Sunday:

  • Across the main concourses, concession options included Gilroy Garlic Steak Frites, made with seared California hanger steak over hand-cut fries with au poivre and crisped garlic, and Dungeness Crab Potachos layered with local crab, Kennebec potato chips, Petaluma white cheddar fondue and chives.
  • Seafood was a standout, including the “Super Shucker” Hog Island Oyster Sampler.
  • Those willing to try something unexpected could go for the Chinatown Dog, a footlong hot dog topped with char siu pork, sriracha and Chinese hot mustard.
  • The menu didn’t forget the plant-based fans. Meat-free options included the Impossible Rooftop Cheesesteak, made with bulgogi-glazed plant-based meat, caramelized onions and kale sourced directly from Levi’s Stadium’s on-site Faithful Farm.
  • There were also dishes designed for sharing that were as over-the-top as the game itself, including the LX Hammer Burger, a high-end take on a classic cheeseburger. It features braised bone-in beef shank, Point Reyes blue cheese fondue on a house-baked brioche bun.
  • But fans watching the game from premium seating had even more indulgent menu options. Those inside clubs and VIP suites could dine on 12-Hour Smoked Short Rib Pastrami, Sonoma Mountain Beef-Chetta and the Tsar Nicoulai Caviar and Gravlax Bar, with blinis, crème fraîche and cured salmon.
  • Spreads in the suites were created to reflect the flavors of the Bay Area, including the “Bay Bridge Sando Duo,” which combines a Dungeness crab club and a farmstead mozzarella and mortadella sandwich.
  • Fans who wanted to indulge their sweet tooth could try the San Fran Sticky Roll, a sourdough cinnamon roll topped with white chocolate mascarpone crème anglaise and spun sugar. Or they could sip on a Fog City Frozen Irish Coffee, blended with Irish Whiskey, vanilla ice cream and cold brew, topped with an It’s-It ice cream cookie sandwich.
  • The festive cocktail lineup featured the 60-Yard Swirl frozen margarita, the Pier 39 Paloma and Chinatown’s Fortune Cookie Martini, finished with a custom chocolate-dipped fortune cookie from San Francisco’s Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory.
