This year's Rockefeller Center Christmas tree is coming from just outside of Albany, New York. A Norway Spruce in the town of East Greenbush has been selected. The tree, donated by the Russ family, will be cut down next Thursday and transported to Rockefeller Center two days later. The tree will be wrapped with more than 50-thousand multi-colored LED lights and crowned with a Swarovski star. After the season, the tree will be donated to Habitat for Humanity. The annual Rockefeller Center Tree lighting ceremony is set for Wednesday, December 3rd hosted by Reba McEntire.
