Halloween is just a couple weeks away now, so time is ticking to figure out what to dress up as this year. Still not sure what to be? Google Trends has some suggestions, as their annual FrightGeist site is back, revealing the most popular costumes in the country this year.
- The list is based on the latest Google Search data and it shows “KPop Demon Hunters” is taking over this Halloween.
- The top three costumes are all from the hit Netflix movie, the members of the demon-hunting girl group HUNTR/X. Rumi is number one, followed by Zoey and Mira.
- And don’t forget about the guys in The Saga Boys, a boy band made up of demons in the movie. Jinu and Baby Saga, members of the group, are number four and five on the list.
- Rumi also tops the list as the most-searched kids’ costume, followed by Labubu, those trendy monster dolls.
- FrightGeist also tracks the top costumes for dogs, with Labubu landing at number one, and Derpy the Tiger from “KPop Demon Hunters” at number two.
- The top duo costume this year is Astrid and Hiccup from “How to Train Your Dragon,” and the top makeup is Kiss (as in the band).
